Trash collection is provided on Mondays and Thursdays.

Yard waste is picked up on Mondays.

Recycling collection is managed by the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection.

To arrange a bulk trash pickup, contact J&J Trash Service and include your Clarksburg Village street address, a list of the bulk items, and reference the “Clarksburg Village Community Association.”

All modifications to the exterior of your home or lot require HOA approval. Homeowners must complete and submit an Application for Exterior Modification for review by the Clarksburg Village Community Association Board of Directors. The application form and guidelines are available through the Homeowner Portal.

Both clubhouses serve as gathering places for residents, meetings, committee activities, and social events.

Yes. Residents have the opportunity to reserve the clubhouse for private events. The facilities include a large open meeting room, small kitchen area, bathrooms, five folding tables, and approximately 40 folding chairs. Residents who are not homeowners may use the space with sponsorship from a Clarksburg Village homeowner.

Before MCPS closes for the school year, pool hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday and holidays, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. After MCPS closes, pool hours are daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., including holidays.

Yes. Clarksburg Village is home to the Clarksburg Village Vikings, a competitive summer swim team open to community residents. Practices are held at the Turtle Rock pool. The site notes that 2026 CVST registration is closed.

Grounds maintenance is provided by Shorb Landscaping for Phase 1 and BrightView Landscapes for Phase 2 and the Courts at Clarksburg Active Adult Community. General services include mowing, trimming, edging, spring and fall annual flowers, spring cleanup and mulching, leaf removal, bed maintenance, pruning, and common-area maintenance.

Pet owners are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets. Pet waste should be bagged and disposed of in designated trash receptacles or the homeowner’s personal trash container. Leaving pet waste on lawns, sidewalks, or common areas is not permitted and may result in violations under HOA guidelines and Montgomery County regulations.
