Clarksburg Village Clubhouses
Clarksburg Village offers a range of amenities designed to support both everyday living and community connection.
At the heart of the community are two beautifully designed clubhouse facilities located at:
- 23075 Turtle Rock Terrace
- 11881 Emerald Green Drive
These clubhouse spaces serve as central gathering points for residents and provide:
- Meeting and office space for the Community Association
- A venue for community-wide meetings, committee gatherings, and social events
- Limited on-site management office hours (Tuesdays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Residents also have the opportunity to reserve the clubhouse for private events. The facilities include:
- A large open meeting room
- A small kitchen area
- Bathroom facilities
- Five folding tables and approximately 40 folding chairs
Residents who are not homeowners may use the space with sponsorship from a Clarksburg Village homeowner.

Clarksburg Village residents enjoy access to two community pools, one in each phase of the neighborhood. Whether you're cooling off on a summer afternoon or cheering on the Vikings swim team, the pools are a highlight of community life.

Pool Access & PIN
Access to the pools is managed through a PIN-based system. Homeowners who have never applied, or who need to make changes to their household (new family member, new tenant, age update, etc.), must submit a Pool Access Application prior to the start of pool season.
An application only needs to be completed by homeowners who have never applied for and received a pool access PIN, or by homeowners wishing to make a modification to last year’s application (e.g., new family member, new tenant or revised lease term, age change, etc.).
Every approved household will receive their PIN before the season begins, regardless of when the original application was submitted.

A new form must be completed annually. Prior year babysitter access is removed at the end of each season.
We recommend completing applications before May 15 for timely processing.
Swim Team
Clarksburg Village is home to the Clarksburg Village Vikings, a competitive summer swim team open to residents of the community. Practices are held at the Turtle Rock pool.

Pool Rules
Residents and their guests are expected to follow all Clarksburg Village pool rules and regulations to help ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone using the community pool facilities. The Association’s pool policies include important information regarding guest access, safety requirements, supervision of children, permitted activities, and general conduct within the pool area. Residents are encouraged to review the complete Pool Rules & Regulations document prior to using the facilities.
